I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher in Tavistock, Devon. Here you will find details about me, information on my classes, how to connect with me, and upcoming events.
Dartmoor Yoga classes are designed to be enjoyed by everyone regardless of your age, sex or ability. I have had the pleasure of teaching clients from a wide range of ages and abilities- between the ages of 11 and 90.

I now am able to offer you a huge range of on line classes to enjoy at your leaisure in the comfort of your own home. There are currently over 200 classes available – with more being added every week.
These classes are suitable for all abilities , and vary in length from short and sweeet to longer practices.
