Join me for a stronger practice with a focus on hips and hamstrings , inviting your body to release tension and held tightness . Starting standing with some gentle postures to invite space and openness into your body , moving into a series of sun salutations , building onto the sequence each time as we flow through our practice , adding on our chair flow sequence , lunges , revolved lunges and a super hamstring opener for you to enjoy . Finishing with a guided yoga nidra relaxation Suitable for all abilities

Soft and Gentle

A softer practice this time , designed to allow your body to recharge and refresh whilst inviting some key muscle groups to open up and soften , releasing tensions Starting supine with some lovely gentle postures to invite release within your body , including reclined tree pose , butterfly and happy baby followed by a cheeky core energiser. From here moving into seated for a twist and some seated forward folds, into table top for a spinal release, downward facing dog and some stronger forward folds to invite release into your hamstrings and lower spine . Finishing seated for a forward fold , then heading to the mat for a longer guided yoga nidra relaxation Suitable for all abilities

Nubile necks and Supple Shoulders

A practice with a focus on your neck and shoulders – with some happy hips thrown in too . Featuring some gentle neck postures , eagle arms , shoulder openers , upper spine postures plus sun salutations , lunges and eagle lunges Finishing with a guided yoga nidra relaxation Suitable for all abilities

Feel Good Yoga

Lets feel good with this energising yoga practice – designed to fire up your muscles , open up those tight muscles around your spine , and release tension in your lower back . A hatha style practice for you to enjoy this time , with a focus on holding our postures a little longer to encourage opening and release throughout your muscles.
