Featuring sun salutations , lots of lovely lunges – high and low with several variations , plank , downward dogs , lunge twists and a cheeky balance challenge , moving into boat pose to really energise your core. Finishing with a nourishing yoga nidra relaxation practice Suitable for all abilities
Lets Go Deeper
Lets go deeper into our practice – spending a little more time in our postures , creating more space in our body , inviting our muscles to open up a little more. You might wish to have a strap handy for this practice ,but it is not essential . Lets open up those hips , hamstrings and spinal muscles ! Suitable for all abilities
Strengthen Your Spine
A class with a focus on strengthening those all important spinal muscles – featuring floating bridge , full bridge , supine twists , gentle hamstring openers , sphinx , cobra , extended cobra , superman , childs pose , downward facing dog , puppy pose , plank , mermaid pose , bird dog and thread the needle and finishing with a longer guided yoga nidra Suitable for all abilities , however please do exercise caution if you have any back problems
Supple shoulders and long legs
A flowing practice with a focus on shoulders and legs Starting seated with some gentle postures to warm up your muscles and joints including side bends and eagle arms Moving into table top for cat posture , downward facing dog and plank before we float into our sun salutation sequence with added chair flow , high lunge flow , a balance challenge and eagle lunge to really challenge your balance and strength .Its a great challenge – I almost fell over ! Finishing with a core energiser before we head into supine twists and a guided yoga nidra Suitable for all abilities
